The National Academy of Engineers is seeking nominations for its Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 awards below.

Carbon Management Technology Conference (CMTC) Housing Deadline Thursday, Registration Deadline Monday

The inaugural Carbon Management Technology Conference, sponsored by eight engineering societies,  will be held 7-9 February in Orlando, Florida, USA.  The latest technologies, strategies, and systems related to the management and containment of carbon production will be shared.  The three-day technical program will feature more than 200 presentations on key topics such as business risks of carbon counting, innovative approaches to measuring IT system sustainability, research and development, and greenhouse gas quantification and measurement methods.  Register by Monday, 16 January to take advantage of early registration rates.  Remember to secure your housing soon. All guest room reservations must be received by next Thursday, 12 January, to be guaranteed at the conference rate.  Hotel accommodations can be made at:
