For his contributions to the understanding of the key economic and management issues, including the role of technology development, that enhance the commercial feasibility and success of capital intensive mineral development projects.
Chris Twigge-Molecey is managing director of Hatch in China, a company he has worked with for more than 30 years on a wide range of mining and metallurgical plant projects. He has been leading varied development programs including invention, pilot plant and prototype design and operations. Dr. Twigge-Molecey has published and lectured extensively on the key issues of technology development, technology transfer and capital project management. He also holds eight patents and was the recipient of the CIM Metallurgical Society Silver Medal in 2003.
