AIME and its Member Societies developed and have led the consortium of associations, the Emerging Leaders Alliance (ELA), since 2008. This effort provides leadership training On Demand and as a high quality live workshop for an exceptional value with limited time away from the office for select engineers and scientists, typically ages 25-40.
