J. Rick Rolater, AIME Executive Director, began this assignment on April 1, 2003.  Since 1996, he has been a self-employed as a dealer in collectible mineral and fossil specimens as owner of Splendor of Nature Gallery.  His prior experience includes founding and serving as CEO of several companies including Discovery Channel Stores, Provident Bancorp of Texas, Paragon Communication Systems, and Rolater, Ducote & Company CPAs.  Following graduation from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Accounting, he worked as a CPA with Arthur Young & Co. and as a financial advisor.  E-mail: Rolater@aimehq.org.

Michele Gottwald has been the Associate Executive Director of AIME since May 2003. Prior to that, she worked as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for Dances with Horses and EMI Studios. She also has 10 years of Marketing expertise (most of that time with the local telecom company, Qwest).
