New Date For AISTech 2020!

AISTech 2020 – The Iron & Steel Technology Conference and Exposition has been rescheduled for

31 August–3 September 2020 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

As a rallying point and an opportunity to show progress for the steel industry, AISTech is a catalyst for business and therefore represents an important event for our industry. We are determined to help generate steel business activity and we value your support in this effort.

Over the next several days, AIST will be communicating additional information directly to AISTech registrants, authors/presenters, award recipients and exhibiting companies. In the meantime, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section on AISTech.org, or reach out to us at memberservices@aist.org.

The AIST team is operational and ready to assist as needed. We are committed to our steel community and customers, and will navigate through this difficult time together with you.

We look forward to seeing everyone in Cleveland later this year!

REGISTRATION

All registrations will be transferred automatically. You will receive confirmation of your updated registration within 1-2 weeks. After receiving your confirmation, you will be able to make adjustments.

CONFIRMED AUTHORS

All presentations will be transferred automatically to the updated schedule. We will contact you directly to confirm your continued participation.

EXHIBITORS

All AISTech exhibit space will be transferred automatically. We will contact you directly to confirm your continued participation.

HOUSING

All hotel reservations made through AISTech Housing Bureau (Destination Cleveland) will be transferred automatically to the rescheduled dates. The housing site will be temporarily closed during this process and will re-open 13 April 2020. You will receive an email acknowledgment(s) for your updated reservation; adjustments can be made once the site is open to the public.

REFUNDS

Exhibiting companies are eligible for a refund through 1 June. Technical conference registrants are eligible for a refund through 3 August. Most hotels will allow a refund up to 72 hours before arrival, but you should verify the policy with your specific hotel.
